2. Copyright

It is the right of the property owner to ensure they have permission to use any material, including photographs, on their property detail page. The property owner gives Eagleye Rentals the right to use any of the material on their property details page for promotional purposes.

3. Cancellation

Eagleye Rentals has the right to cancel an advertisement and remove it from the website at any time and with immediate effect. Property owners may cancel their membership by email at any time. Confirmation of receipt of cancellation will be sent by Eagleye Rentals. No refund is given for cancellations.

4. Withdrawal of an advert

Eagleye Rentals has the right to withdraw an advert if we receive complaints regarding a member’s property listing or rental practices that, in our reasonable view, warrants the advert to be removed. Examples of this would be unsuitable material listed on the property detail page or if a particular property receives a number of complaints regarding the member misrepresenting their property or who continually fails to respond to an enquiry.

5. Website availability

On the very rare occasion there may be times when the website becomes unavailable due to an unforeseen technical difficulty either by us or some other party. We may also suspend any aspect of the site due to a technical or legal reason to do so.

6. Pricing and conditions

Eagleye Rentals reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. New rates will be applicable immediately for new and existing members.
