Quinta da Beloura is located on the Estoril Coast near the charming towns of Sintra and Cascais. It is part of the Pestana group and was designed by Rocky Roquemore who also designed some of the best golf courses on the Atlantic coast.
The course is relatively flat - so not exhausting to get around and offers wonderful views over the Sintra Mountains. Quinta da Beloura opened in 1994 and with the 40,000 trees and 6 lakes makes it appear more mature than its years. Careful consideration was given by the designer to create a pleasurable course which involves a fair amount of water hazards. The final 3 holes in particular ask for bravery and accuracy, the 18th Par 4 green remains hidden behind the largest lake on the course.
Quinta da Beloura offers many facilities for practising and relaxing on the resort. There are also many other golf courses in the area making a wonderful location for a golf holiday in this area of Portugal.
