An 18 hole, par 62 course designed by American architect Raymond Hearn Golf Porto Marina is made up of 10 par 3’s and 8 par 4’s making it an ideal course for beginners or golfers wanting to improve their short game. The beautiful landscaping throughout the course gives the player a breathtaking impression of an Oasis in the middle of the desert. There are four lakes on the course, many palm trees and the greens are planted with the new Sea Dwarf Paspalum turf grass whose smaller leaves give the greens a faster and truer putting surface.
The facilities at Golf Porto Marina include a Pro Shop offering clothing, accessories and hiring facilities including golf carts. There are also EPGA Golf Professionals available to give golf tuition and there is also a putting green and driving range. The 19th Hole Restaurant offers a choice of food and drink and is a good place to relax after your round of golf.
